Mia Mia Gallery

The Mia Mia Aboriginal Art Gallery is more than just a gallery. It is an Aboriginal Learning Centre.

The philosophy of the Mia Mia Gallery is to express, through art, the richness and unique aboriginal culture of Australia.

Visitors to Mia Mia can share and discover how artists’ works and performances preserve, enhance and pass on the message of a proud culture to the next generation of today’s aboriginal people. We can personally guarantee that your experience will be an enriching one.

For 15 years we’ve been situated in the beautiful setting of Parks Victoria’s Westerfolds Park, located in the heart of the Heidelberg Valley of the Arts. We are managed by the Aboriginal Artists Development Trust, a non-profit organization. As such, we are committed to returning revenue back to aboriginal communities from which they’re sourced.
